What we do
The ICT Training Unit resides within the branch Centre for e-Innovation in the Department of the Premier and is mandated to manage the planning and implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) end-user skills training for all Western Cape Government (WCG) employees.
Our basket of online courses is designed to enable WCG employees to apply their acquired knowledge and skills in the workplace. This can add value to service delivery goals focused on being citizen obsessed.
